The U. S. Department of Education/Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI)/Knowledge Applications Division has a need for the design and implementation of a technical assistance activity which will provide logistical, administrative, and analytical support for designating promising or exemplary educational programs and sharing this information with the broader educational community and the general public by the most effective means possible.

The Statement of Work (SOW) is contain within this RFP-97-022. The period of performance for the contract will be 5 years, to include a 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods. Because of the critical nature of this work, it is anticipated that contract work will start immediately after award. RFP-97-022 will be available on Tuesday, May 27, 1997 and the closing date will be June 27, 1997.
