The U.S. Department of Education proposes to award a contract to examine and describe how schools are using standards-based reforms to assist in improving learning, with a particular focus on implementation of the new provisions in the Title I program that are designed to support such improvements. Issuing and closing dates are 5/30/97- 7/1/97.
