The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) of the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), United States Department of Education (ED) proposes to solicit a twelve (12) month contract with one and one-half (1 1/12) optional years to provide a study on National Household Education Survey (NHES) program. The study shall focus on the design and conduct the NHES collections -- in 1999 (NHES:99) including collect, analyze and disseminate statistics and other information related to education in the United States and in other nations.
