The U.S. Department of Education has a requirement for a study to provide services to 130 or more participating institutions of Higher Education the support and materials needed to implement the Institutions Quality Assurance Program to administer the Title IV, HEA programs. RFP 97-004 will be issued on 5/9/97. The closing date is 06/11/97. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
