UPDATE - JANUARY 2, 2001

Revised Amendment 0002 (95k PDF File) - A revised Amendment 0002 is now available. The revision not only makes all necessary corrections to the "Amend0002.pdf" file originally posted, but also combines the "Amend2.doc" file and the "Amend0002.pdf" file into one larger PDF file. Correcting, combining, and converting the 2 files that make up the amendment has shortened the length of the electronic version of the final Amendment 0002 document. As presented here, it is only 35 pages in length, not 40 as stated on the amendment cover page.

Amendment 0002 was issued on December 22, 2000. The purpose of the amendment is to 1) answer questions from offerors, 2) extend the proposal due date, and 3) update the solicitation clauses. The proposal due date for RFP for ED-00-R-0061 has been extended until 2:00 p.m., January 16, 2001.
