This Web page represents a compilation of the grant award letters, with special conditions included where applicable, for the 2003 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B and 619 formula grant awards. These funds, awarded under the IDEA, are appropriated by Congress and are intended to support early intervention and special education services for infants, toddlers and children with disabilities and their families.

The IDEA Part B, Sections 611 and 619 formula grant programs assist states in providing a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment for children with disabilities ages 3 through 21.
