On December 8, 2014, the University of Cincinnati signed an agreement to resolve a Section 504 / Title II compliance review that OCR initiated to examine how accessible the University of Cincinnati?s websites were to persons with disabilities, particularly those with sensory impairments who might use assistive technology to access the sites.
