Program Goal: To enhance the attainment of the third and sixth national goals by educating students about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Explanation: 100 percent of funds appropriated under the We the People portion of the Civic Education program must be distributed, as required by statute, to the Center for Civic Education.
