Explanation: This indicator is being introduced for the first time. The 2000 baseline from the Talent Search Annual Performance Reports is the only data currently available. The 2000- 2001 and 2001-2002 performance data will be available in April 05. The 02-03, and 03-04 data will be available September 05.
