Explanation: Based on grantee performance reports there has been a positive trend toward preparing Native Hawaiian Students to enter school. There is not a uniform tool to measure school readiness in Hawaii since the Department of Education discontinued the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Testing at Kindergarten entry.
