Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published poverty guidelines for the remainder of 2010; these figures were the same as the 2009 poverty guideline figures. Since the Department uses the HHS poverty guidelines to update the TRIO low-income levels, TRIO grantees used the TRIO 2009 Low-Income Levels throughout 2010 until notified of the 2011 figures.]
