The Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) has scheduled four technical assistance workshops at sites across the country to help prospective applicants develop fundable proposals for the FY 2005 Comprehensive Program competition. St. Louis, Missouri -- Wednesday, September 29, 2004, 12:30-3:30 p.m.

Los Angeles, California -- Thursday, September 30, 2004, 12:30-3:30 p.m.

Washington, DC -- October 5, 2004, 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with optional writing clinic 2:00-4:00 p.m.
