PRIMARY DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY
- The Secretary has delegated the following authorities to the Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education, subject to certain reservations.
- Authority to sign Federal Register notices other than policy statements and interpretations, including notices of meetings or workshops, notices announcing annual matching percentages or allocation amounts pursuant to an existing
statute or regulation which sets a specific percentage or amount, and routine application notices for grant programs.
