V. PRIMARY DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY
The Secretary has delegated the following authorities to the Deputy Under Secretary for Safe and Drug-Free Schools subject to certain reservations. These authorities are to be exercised concurrently with the Deputy Secretary.
Under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended (ESEA),and the Higher Education Act of 1965:
