Joan Bardee

Joan Bardee has served in the Office of the General Counsel since 1989. She has managed the Ethics Division since 1991. From 1989 to 1991, she worked in the Division of Business and Administrative Law. Ms. Bardee served as a Trial Attorney with the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice from 1987 - 1989. From 1977 - 1987, she worked as an attorney with Tidewater Legal Services in Norfolk, VA. and with Legal Services of Northern Virginia, specializing in education and consumer law.
