Senior Counsel to the General Counsel
Luke Glisan serves as a principal advisor to the General Counsel on Federal education law and policy.
Prior to joining OGC, Luke worked at the Chicago-based law firm Franczek Radelet practicing education and labor and employment law. He represented public and private sector clients before administrative agencies and state and federal courts in disputes arising under a variety of state and federal laws. Luke also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Cherry in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
Luke received a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
