Dear Prospective Conference Participant: The Atlanta Office of the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights is pleased to announce its Second Annual Atlanta Regional Civil Rights Conference, entitled “Ensuring Equal Access and Promoting Educational Achievement and Excellence for All Students.” The Conference will take place at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center on September 15, 2011. If you are interested in attending the Conference, please complete and submit the registration form MS Word (134K), by August 30, 2011, per the form instructions. Also, we are currently accepting questions from prospective participants that are related to the Conference topics that we may incorporate into the program. If you wish to submit questions, please do so by reply email. We plan to cover the following topics at the Conference:
