President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge

Using the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge to promote disaster preparedness and response. The Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships (FBNP) at the U.S. Department of Education hosted a nationwide webinar for participants in the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge in collaboration with the Corporation for National and Community Service. The webinar hosted guest speakers from the American Red Cross, FEMA, and Wartburg College. Participants can use this webinar to understand how colleges and universities can promote disaster preparedness and response in their communities. Planning for the Mid-year Report and Reflections on MLK Day. The Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships (FBNP) at the U.S. Department of Education hosted a nationwide webinar with the President's Interfaith and Community Service Campus Challenge participants to discuss the process for submitting the mid-year reports. The webinar also reflected back on Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service and how campuses were involved in service on this day.
