The purpose of the Race to the Top Teacher and Leader Effectiveness/Standards and Assessment Community of Practice (TLE-SA CoP) is to create an environment for RTT grantees to come together to share lessons learned and promising practices in the design, development and implementation of comprehensive systems of educator effectiveness and States work in the transition to college- and career-ready standards and aligned assessments by 2014-15.
