The full legally accepted name of the School.
The code value used to define the type of education unit at the start of the SY as classified by
its primary focus. School Type is a classification of schools conducting elementary and/or secondary instruction
or programs according to the ordinary or special instructional needs of students.

2 - Special Education.
3 - Vocational Education.
4 - Alternative Education.
5 - Reportable Program.
The classification of the operational condition of a school at the start of the SY.
