The Committee on Measures of Student Success advises the Secretary of Education in assisting two-year degree-granting institutions of higher education in meeting the completion or graduation rate disclosure requirements outlined in section 485 of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008.

Meetings of the Committee will be announced in the Federal Register and will be open to the public. However, individuals interested in attending meetings must register in advance because of limited space. To register, please send an email with your request to studentsuccess@ed.gov .

A report outlining the Committee's recommendations will be provided to the Secretary no later than 18 months after the Committee’s first meeting.
